Vimala offers cooking classes on various aspects of Indian cuisine. Her next class, scheduled for Sunday December 8th, 2-5pm will feature a chance to explore the various spices and techniques including popping of spices in oil. We will make cabbage bhaji, a chicken curry, rice and a dal. Bring containers and a notebook and pen! Cost is $65 per class. Reserve your space(s) by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Winter Wonderband & Other Holiday Hotness
Save the date, Saturday December 14th, 9:30pm to 1am, for bands, beverages, bright baubles, and beautiful people such as yourself. Arrive early for crazy-scrumptious dinner specials. Dinner will go *until 9pm* and will include these fabulous specials: Kerala-style local duck confit, appams, local fish cutlets, and local root vegetable cutlets (be kind to the kitchen and arrive before 9pm if you’d like to order some nibbles before you get down). The bands and dancing begin at 9:30pm, leaving you a nice break to freshen your goblet. Post-bands, the incredible DJ Dusty Tech.
